ABOUT Channadal Kulcha/Dal Stuffed Mini Kulcha RECIPE

Though kneading the dough and making a filling asks for some preparation, this kulchas makes an excellent lunch for growing kids. If you want to add mixed dals for making the filling, dont hesitate a second to go with. Trust me, kids will definitely love this dal kulcha.

Hi. Do the kulchas have to be roasted on a tava or do they have to be deep fried? It looks like they have been roasted on a tava but it will help if you can confirm it. I’d love to try this recipe
