Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Onion - finely chopped
  2. Chilly -finely chopped
  3. Coriander -finely chopped
  4. Carrot -grated
  5. Idli podi-as required
  6. Ghee- to roast dosa
  7. Dosa batter- 1-cup urad dal, 2cups rice, fenugreek seeds
  8. Chana dal -1hand ful

Instructions

  1. Soak rice,urad dal,channa dal and fenugreek seeds for at least 6hours then grind it to a smooth batter.
  2. Take a dosa pan and heat it and then apply ghee with tissue paper and pour 2 big spoons of batter and spread it evenly through out the pan and sprinkle some ghee and put onions, chilly, coriander,carrot and idli podi on it and press with spatula.
  3. cook for 3 mins on medium flame and flip it over and keep for 2 min and serve it hot with onion chutney or peanut chutney.
