Paneer in the usual kadai masala,flavoured with fenugreek and coriander. Must try recipe
Warm red chilles and saboot dhania on a tawa,till slightly crisp and dry, for about 30 seconds.
Grind red chillies and saboot dhania to a coarse powder.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add the paneer. Pan fry for 4-5 minutes till pieces start turning brown. Keep them in a plate. Add the capsicum strips and stir for 2 minutes.Remove from kadai and keep aside.
Heat 3tbsp oil in a kadhai.remove from the heat . Add a pinch of methi daana,dhania-red chilli powder. Stir for 30 seconds
Return to fire add onion cook till onions turn light golden,add garlic ginger paste.mix well
Add tomatoes and tomato puree.stir for about 4-5 minutes on low heat till dry
Add salt,kasoori methi,haldi,garam masala and amchoor.
Add fresh coriander.mix well till oil separates.add 1/2 cup water.let it boil.remove from fire and keep aside till serving time.
At the time of serving,add paneer,tomatoes and capsicum.cook for 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot topped with shredded ginger.
