Ingredients to make Amla Potato fry

  • 100 grams amla fresh and green
  • 2 small potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon garlic crushed
  • 1/4 tsp hing
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • Corriander leaves fresh chopped

How to make Amla Potato fry

  1. Wash Amla well and wipe to dry
  2. Cut thin long wedges
  3. Peel potatoes cut thin long wedges like Amla
  4. Cut these into wedges
  5. Heat oil in a pan and splutter cumin
  6. Add the crushed garlic and saute
  7. Add turmeric and salt
  8. Saute and now add the potatoes ,cover and cook for two minutes
  9. Add Amla pieces
  10. Add chilli powder and mix well. cover for 2 minutes
  11. Add coriander leaves and garam masala
  12. Turn off the flame and remove in a serving bowl
  13. Sprinkle garam masala
  14. Serve with a Dal rice or mutton or a fish Dish. Its a super addition
