Ingredients to make Amla chutney

  • amla/ gooseberry 100 grams
  • Green coriander leaves 50 grams
  • salt according to taste
  • Heeng(asafoetida) 1 to 2 pinch
  • dry red chilli 1 (Optional)
  • garlic pods - 5-6
  • green chillies 2

How to make Amla chutney

  1. Wash then cut Amlas and remove their seeds.
  2. Wash coriander and green chillies and chop them into big pieces.
  3. Make a fine paste of Amlas, green chillies, garlic,red chilli, Heeng and salt.
  4. Amla Chutney is ready..
  5. Serve with parantha,bread or samosa ..
