ABOUT Flaxseeds Sauce/ Alsi ki Chutney RECIPE

A chutney primarily made from roasted flax seeds.A delicious tangy and chilli chutney which holds its origin in the Nepalese cuisine.A delicious recipe to have this super food .You'll fall in love with its flavors .

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Roasted flax seeds 2 tbsp.
  2. Green Chilies 3 or as per your taste
  3. Tomatoes( skin removed) 2
  4. Coriander Leaves 4 tbsp
  5. Garlic Cloves 3
  6. ginger chopped 1 tbsp.
  7. Salt to taste
  8. oil 1/2 tsp. (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1.Take all the ingredients.
  2. 2.If you have a mortar and pestle then you may grind all the ingredients one by one in the mortar and pestle. Otherwise you may use an electric grinder to grind it to paste.
  3. 3.Take all the ingredients and grind them together to paste.
  4. 4. Store in an air tight jar and keep this refrigerated for about a week.This chutney goes well with any dish .
