Pavlova is a Meringue based dessert
Beat egg whites by adding sugar in between,until stiff peaks are formed
Add in vanilla essence & mix
Add in cornstarch & vinegar & fold it with spatula
Bake at 180° degrees C preheated oven for 50-55 min
Once done let it cool down in room temperature
Spread whipped cream over it
Top it with fruits of your choice
