Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl finely chopped Coriander leaves
  2. 5-6 finely chopped green chillies
  3. 1 bowl wheat flour
  4. salt as per taste
  5. 1 teaspoon grated Ginger
  6. Water
  7. oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together with flour and make a dough with help of water.
  2. Now make out balls and roll it with rolling pin
  3. Now spread oil on it and fold it in a triangular shape.
  4. Roll again to get a triangular paratha. Put it on a pre-heated flat bottom pan.
  5. Now spread oil on the both side and cook
  6. Serve it with chutney or tomato ketchup. I served with chole.
