Palak Paneer

Ingredients to make Palak Paneer

  • 1 large bunch palak(boiled & pureed )
  • 200gms paneer cubed
  • 1"ginger grated
  • 1 green chilli cut into 2
  • 1/2tsp jeera
  • 1 tsp oil
  • sugar a pinch
  • 1tbsp Milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

How to make Palak Paneer

  1. Heat oil in a kadhai and add jeera. When it crackles add grated ginger and green chilies.
  2. After the ginger and green chilies are cooked, add palak puree and let it cook for a minute. Add sugar, milk, salt and pepper. When it starts bubbling add paneer cubes.
  3. Mix it gently and cook on low heat for a minute. Remove from heat and serve with breads of your choice.
