This s actually a middle east breakfast,which we can make it as our dinner.with kulcha,chappathi or parota.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Eggs 4
  2. onion 1 big
  3. Capsicum.1 small,u can take difft colour of capsicum to add colour
  4. Tomatoes 3,big
  5. Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp or 1 tsp
  6. Garam masala 2 pinch
  7. Salt. & pepper.
  8. A pinch of sugar,to adjust taste.
  9. oil 2 tbsp
  10. coriander leaves.

Instructions

  1. Chop onion,capsicum,coriander leaves,& tomatoes. Blend tomato in a mixi for 1 or 2 sec. .put a frying pan on fire,add garlic paste,fry it well. Then add onion,after 1min,capsicum,then after 1 min add crushed tomatoes. Fry well,adding chilli powder,garam masala, & salt . Fry well for a few min. Then add some water.close the lid & cook for 3,4 min,till 3/ 4 of the water is gone then make 4 holes in that gravy. Pour egg in each hole , u can put some salt & pepper on top of each egg. & cook for another 5 min. Chk,if the top of the egg is firm,then it s cooked. Put coriander leaves on top. Serve with chappathi ,or parota or any roti. U can add more chilli & garam masala ,if u want it spicy.
