Ingredients to make Potato 65

  • potato 5 -peeled & cut into small pieces.
  • Maida & cornflour 1tbsp each
  • curd 100g
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • jeera a pinch
  • pepper powder 1/4tsp
  • coriander powder 1/4 tsp
  • chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt
  • ginger & garlic ,chopped 1tbsp
  • Green chillies 5
  • Curry leaves & coriander leaves.
  • Red food colour, (optional)

How to make Potato 65

  1. Half boil potato pieces. Mix maida,corn flour,curd & all masala powders. Add a pinch of red colour. It is optional. Add salt. Keep for some time.
  2. Then heat oil & deep fry, till golden brown.then take another pan. Put 2 tbsp of the same oil, add jeera ,chopped ginger & garlic .Fry for some time. Then add green chilies & curry leaves , fry for some more time & add fried potato.
  3. Mix well, fry for another 2- 3 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

My Tip:

Take it hot.
