ABOUT Potato 65 RECIPE

This dish can be taken as a starter or as a side dish for rice or rotis.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Potato 5 -peeled & cut into small pieces.
  2. Maida & cornflour 1tbsp each
  3. Curd 100g
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  5. Jeera a pinch
  6. Pepper powder 1/4tsp
  7. Coriander powder 1/4 tsp
  8. Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt
  10. Ginger & garlic ,chopped 1tbsp
  11. Green chillies 5
  12. Curry leaves & coriander leaves.
  13. Red food colour, (optional)

Instructions

  1. Half boil potato pieces. Mix maida,corn flour,curd & all masala powders. Add a pinch of red colour. It is optional. Add salt. Keep for some time.
  2. Then heat oil & deep fry, till golden brown.then take another pan. Put 2 tbsp of the same oil, add jeera ,chopped ginger & garlic .Fry for some time. Then add green chilies & curry leaves , fry for some more time & add fried potato.
  3. Mix well, fry for another 2- 3 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
