#Stuffed kulcha

Ingredients to make #Stuffed kulcha

  • Chopped onions 1 cup
  • Chopped capsicum 1/2 cup
  • Boiled sweet corns 1/2 cup
  • Pizza sauce 2 tbsp
  • Ketchup 3 tbsp
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Italian mix herbs 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tsp
  • Milk 2 tbsp
  • oil 1 tbsp
  • Kulcha breads 6

How to make #Stuffed kulcha

  1. In a wok heat oil.
  2. Saute onions till transluscent.
  3. Add pizza sauce, ketchup, sweet corns, capsicum, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Mix grated processed cheese.
  5. Make a slury of corn flour and milk and add to stuffing mixture.
  6. Cook till corn flour cooks well and let it to cool down completely.
  7. Cut kulcha breads into halves.
  8. Slit a pocket in each half.
  9. Stuff with prepared filling. Approx 2 table spoon.
  10. Grease kulchas on both sides and grill in sandwich griller.
