Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Carrot grated 2cup
  2. desiccated coconut powder 1cup
  3. Milk powder 3 tbsp
  4. Coconut milk 1 cup
  5. heavy cream milk 2 cup
  6. Sugar 1 cups
  7. Ghee2 tbsp
  8. Cardamom crushed powder pinch
  9. handful of dry fruit chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat thick bottom pan on a medium flame add carrots and coconut and fry until the raw smell of carrot fades. It will get soft and moist .
  2. Now add ghee and mix it well.
  3. Add sugar, milk powder,and stir it well either the sugar stick to the pan.
  4. add coconut milk and regular milk too, then add cardamom when the mixture gets frothy and syrupy add dry fruits
  5. cook it till the halwa gets dry. It should be dry but moist also.
  6. serve it hot with vanilla ice cream. You can serve it chilled also.
