Very first Chinese recipe taught to me by my sister-in-law Minaaz

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 6 chicken leg pieces
  2. To marinate Chicken - 6tbsp chilli sauce
  3. 6tbsp soya sauce
  4. 1tsp Sugar
  5. 1tsp Salt
  6. 1tsp red tandoori color
  7. 1tsp haldi
  8. 1tsp ajinomoto
  9. 2tbsp garlic paste
  10. 2tbsp til white
  11. 2tsp red chilli powder
  12. 2tbsp brown malt vinegar
  13. 2 tbsp cornflour slurry
  14. 4packs noodles
  15. Oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with the first 8 ingredients and leave for some time
  2. Heat oil and add garlic fry for 2mins then add chilly powder. Add the chicken with the marinade Cook on high for 10mins lower flame cook for 10 mins.
  3. Add water to cover the chicken. Cook covered with a lid
  4. Check the chicken after 10 minutes add vinegar and cornflour slurry let it come to a boil.
  5. Boil the noodles add 1tsp garlic. Add salt and oil and mix well. Microwave for 5mins
  6. To serve, make a bed of noodles and ladle the gravy with chicken pieces. Enjoy
