This s made with boneless chicken pieces,along with all masalas & spices. It s a dry dish goes well with parota,chappathi,or all rotis,or as a sidedish for rice,

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boneless chicken pieces 12 or 1 chicken breast.
  2. Onion - 5 (medium).
  3. green chillies 3
  4. Curry leaves
  5. Coriander leaves.
  6. Ginger 1 big piece
  7. Garlic paste 1tbsp
  8. Tomatoes 3
  9. Coriander powder 2 tsp
  10. Chilli powder 1 tsp or according to taste
  11. Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  12. Lemon juice 1 tsp.
  13. Salt
  14. Oil 3 tbsp.

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken pieces in a pressure cooker with some salt & turmeric for 5 minutes
  2. Let it cool and debone it. Make very small pieces .
  3. Cut onion, tomato and ginger . In a pan put oil, add garlic paste, ginger,chillies & curry leaves. Fry for sometime. Then add onion. Fry till done.
  4. Then put shredded chicken pieces,along with all masalas ,salt,& lemon juice. Fry well for a few seconds. Then add sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle some generous amount of water. Adjust seasoning. Cover & cook till it is very dry.
  5. Add one tsp of coconut oil & put some curry leaves. If you like you can add coriander leaves, it is also very tasty. If some one wants this dish, with semi gravy, you can make it this way.

mam nice .. we can mix rice in this also rot?? today am going to make this..coz my husband doesn't like chicken ..now ll try this ..:ok_hand:
