ABOUT Frozen Banana Raspberry RECIPE

Frozen Banana Raspberry is a super healthy dessert, easy to make and delicious. I have added flax seeds, almonds and walnuts in addition to bananas and raspberries. Banana is a great source of potassium and contain several essential nutrients. It improves digestion and helps in weight loss.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 Ripe Bananas (cut into pieces, frozen overnight)
  2. Raspberries 3/4 cup (frozen)
  3. 6 Almonds (chopped fine )
  4. Flax Seeds (powdered) 1 tbsp
  5. Walnuts (chopped finely) 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Puree bananas, raspberries and almonds in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add ground flax seeds and mix well.
  3. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hrs or until set.
  4. Scoop into bowls and serve with chopped walnuts on top.
