Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Rawa(sooji) 250 grams
  2. Water 1 glass( for dough rawa)
  3. Salt 1 pinch
  4. Ghee 250 gms. (150+50+50)
  5. Sugar ( powder) 200 gms
  6. Cardamom powder 1 tea spoon
  7. Almond 1 small bowl ( crushed)
  8. Gulkand 3 table spoons

Instructions

  1. Mix 50 gms warm melted ghee and salt in rawa.
  2. Add water and knead a dough the way you would do for poori.
  3. Leave it for 20 mins. After this make small poories
  4. Put frying pan on gas stoveand fry all poories in ghee (150 gms).
  5. Put all the poories in a grinder and grind to get a crumbly mix
  6. Mix cardamom powder, sugar powder,almond,100 gms ghee & gulkand in fried rawa.( You can use ghee from frying pan)
  7. Make medium sized laddoos .
  8. If you like silver paper ( vark) , stick on these laddoos for decoration.
  9. Tasty laddoos are ready. Serve.
