ABOUT Nigiri Sushi RECIPE

A Japanese hand rolled sushi made of sushi rice, avocado and fresh raw fish

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 450g Fresh raw Tuna/Salmon/Tai
  2. 2 cups Sushi Rice
  3. 1 tbsp Wasabi
  4. Soy sauce
  5. Sushi Ginger

Instructions

  1. Slice the raw fish with a sashimi knife diagonally, approximately 1/8” thick, so that you end up with the largest pieces possible.!
  2. Take a spoonful of sushi and cup it in the palm of one hand. With two fingers of your other hand, squeeze into an oblong shape.
  3. To assemble the nigiri, place the rice in the palm of one hand, placing a small dollop of wasabi on the rice. Then, cover with a piece of fish, and squeeze gently.
  4. Serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
