Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Seedless dates - 250gms (cut into small pieces)
  2. Badam -1cup chopped
  3. Cashews -1/2 cup chopped
  4. Dry grapes-1/2 cup
  5. Fig -1/2 cup
  6. Ghee-4 spoons

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee (2spoons) in a pan and roast nuts till brown. keep it aside
  2. Now add two spoons ghee and fry dates for 5mins in low flame.
  3. Now add roasted dry nuts in dates mixture .Saute it for 5 mins .
  4. Now make small balls or wrap it in a silver foil paper and freeze it for 2hrs.
  5. After 2 hrs unwrap and slice it.
