Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cauliflower -1 small
  2. Besan flour - 2 tablespoons
  3. Rice flour -1 tablespoon
  4. Ginger & garlic paste :- 2 spoons
  5. Saunf -1 spoon
  6. Red chilli powder-1 spoon
  7. Turmeric powder -1 pinch
  8. Salt as required
  9. Lemon juice -1 spoon
  10. Curry leaves -1/2 cup
  11. Oil -for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash cauliflower well ,cut it and boil with salt and turmeric powder
  2. Once it is done transfer to flat bowl.
  3. Make sure water should drain completely
  4. Add Besan flour,rice flour, chilli powder,salt, ginger & garlic paste , saunf, salt and mix well.
  5. Refrigerate it for 1 hour .
  6. Heat oil in a vessel fry gobi one by one till turns dark red
  7. Transfer to plate Add lemon juice and roasted curry leaves on top.
