Instant Amla ( indian goosberry) Pickle

Ingredients to make Instant Amla ( indian goosberry) Pickle

  • amla-250gm
  • Green chilli -5-6cut into 3-4pieces
  • mustard seeds-1tbsp ground coarsely
  • Red chilli powder-1/2tsp
  • haldi-1/2tsp
  • mustard oil-4tbsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Instant Amla ( indian goosberry) Pickle

  1. Wash amla and boil in cooker with 2 whistle. cool it and separate the inner part. boil the green chili in a little water .
  2. Now take oil in a pan and heat it till smell goes away.
  3. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
  4. Add all the spices. Add amla pieces and chillies. Mix well. Leave to cool
  5. Fill in a sterilised jar. The pickle is ready
