Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Gram Flour (Besan) - 250 gm
  2. jaggery - 250 gm
  3. haldi - 1/2 tablespoon
  4. oil - 2 tablespoon
  5. a pinch of soda
  6. oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Add 2 tablespoon oil and soda to besan and mix it well.
  2. Add sufficient water to create dough with besan.
  3. Add oil to Kadahi and heat it for 2 minutes to medium lit flame. Fry the besan dough using Sev machine to create Sev.
  4. Fry the sev and keep it separately.
  5. Warm jaggery and 1/2 cup of water in a separate pan to create jaggery syrup (3 thread of syrup).
  6. Turn off the gas and mix the Sev in jaggery syrup.
  7. When the mixture gets cold, start making ladoos.
