ABOUT Instant Amla Pickle RECIPE

Amlas are packed with Vitamin C, and why not include them in daily food in form of tasty recipe. Amla pickle is real tongue tickler and very easy to prepare with minimum time and ingredients.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. amla 250gms
  2. Red mirch powder 1tsp
  3. turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  4. Ready Achar masala 4tsp
  5. oil 1cup
  6. salt as per taste


  1. Wash, dry, de-seed amla and cut into equal sized pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and just when smoke stars coming switch off the gas, let the oil come to room temperature.
  3. In a bowl add oil and dry ingredients to it and mix well.
  4. Add cut amla into it and mix well till all amlas are coated with masala.
  5. Transfer into a clean glass bottle.
  6. You can store this pickle for 4-5 days at room temperature and if you want to store longer keep it in the fridge.
