Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mushroom-200 gms
  2. Onion -2big chopped finely
  3. Ginger & garlic paste -1 spoon
  4. Curry leaves-1/4 cup
  5. Oil- as required
  6. Chilli powder-1 spoon
  7. Pepper powder -1 spoon
  8. Salt -as required
  9. Saunf -1 spoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan , fry saunf till turns red and add Ginger & garlic paste
  2. Fry onions till turns golden brown
  3. Now add sliced mushroom
  4. Add chilli powder and salt
  5. Fry till chilli powder coats well with mushroom
  6. Now add pepper powder saute for 2 seconds and turn off the flame
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
