ABOUT Maki Sushi RECIPE

A type of sushi made by wrapping up a variety of ingredients in rice and crispy nori seaweed.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 100g Sushi rice
  2. 1 sheet Nori Seaweed
  3. 80g Salmon – sashimi grade raw
  4. 1/2 avocado chopped
  5. Soy Sauce
  6. Sushi ginger
  7. Wide Sushi Roll Mould
  8. Sushi Rolling Mat
  9. Wasabi

Instructions

  1. Lay out makisushi rolling mat. Place a sheet of nori seaweed with sushi rice approximately 1cm high.
  2. Add salmon and avocado on top of the rice in the centre.
  3. Tightly roll up the wooden rolling mat so that the ingredients stick together.
  4. Now cut your roll into 6-8 pieces.
  5. Serve with soy sauce, wasabi and sushi ginger.
