Ingredients to make Crispy Fried Fish

  • 12 fillets of seer fish cleaned and pat dried with the of kitchen towel.
  • 1 Tbsp garlic paste
  • Little water may be 1 tbsp
  • 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp chickpea flour
  • 1/4 tsp tamarind pulp
  • salt according to taste.
  • 1 tsp lemon juice.
  • 1/2 cup rice flour.
  • oil for shallow frying.

How to make Crispy Fried Fish

  1. First clean fish fillets and pat them dry. Now marinate it with some salt,turmeric powder and lime juice. Leave this for 15 mins.
  2. Now mix tamarind pulp coriander leaves,chickpea flour and all spice powder into a thick paste apply it over the fish and leave it for half an hour.
  3. Coat the fish with rice flour and shallow fry it. Serve hot.
