Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Eggs -3 no's
  2. Onion-2 chopped finely
  3. Green chilli-1 chopped finely
  4. Curry leaves- chopped finely
  5. Tomato -1 small chopped finely (optional)
  6. Turmeric powder-1 pinch
  7. Salt as required
  8. Pepper powder- 1/2 spoon
  9. Oil -2 spoons
  10. Coriander leaves-chopped finely


  1. Take a bowl, break and beat the Eggs in whipper with salt and turmeric powder and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan fry onion, Ginger & garlic paste ,green chilli and curry leaves till light brown.
  3. Add tomatoes and Saute till becomes tender
  4. Add pepper and turn off the flame
  5. Transfer this to egg bowl.Now add chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
  6. In a tawa add little oil and make it like dosa
  7. Yummy and delicious egg omelette is ready.
