Cheesee Chiwra Rolls

Ingredients to make Cheesee Chiwra Rolls

  • cumin seed 1/4 teaspoon
  • mustard seed 1/2teaspoon
  • Aniseed 1teaspoon whole and 1teaspoon powder
  • 10 medium size potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 1cup chopped onions
  • 1cup chopped chieve
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 2tablespoon chopped coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder or as per taste
  • salt to taste
  • Poha soaked 1/2 kg or 2 big cups for cover
  • cornflour 2 tablespoon
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying

How to make Cheesee Chiwra Rolls

  1. Take 1tablespoon oil in pan heat it
  2. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and saute
  4. Add onions and saute till golden brown
  5. Add chieve saute
  6. Put all dry ingredients and saute
  7. Put green pea
  8. Add massed potatoes saute
  9. Add salt
  10. Add chopped coriander
  11. Off the flame
  12. Rest till cool
  13. Meanwhile take poha
  14. AGrind it
  15. Add cornflower
  16. Add salt
  17. Make shoft dough
  18. Make small balls
  19. Flat it pressing with palm
  20. Fill potato mixture
  21. Pack carefully using water
  22. Deepfry till golden brown
  23. Serve with curd green chutni and temeriend chutni

Be careful while frying
