Ingredients to make Gobi 65

  • cauliflower 1 medium.
  • salt to taste
  • Red colour a pinch
  • chilli powder a tbsp
  • garlic mince a tsp (optional)
  • turmeric a pinch
  • cornflour 2 tbsp
  • all purpose flour a tbsp
  • Soy sauce a tbsp
  • chilli garlic sauce a tbsp
  • Coriander leaves or curry leaves a fistful
  • Green chillies slit 4
  • oil a tbsp+ oil for deep frying

How to make Gobi 65

  1. Wash the cauliflower, separate the florets carefully and marinade with all the ingredients except the last two.
  2. Leave aside for 15 mins.
  3. Heat the oil and deep fry the florets
  4. In a separate pan, add a tbsp of oil, stir in the curry leaves and green chillies.
  5. Add the fried florets to this and serve hot.
