Macaroni Cheese

Ingredients to make Macaroni Cheese

  • 1/2 cup elbow pasta
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp pepper powder
  • maida 2 tbsp
  • 1 tsp Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp basil leaves
  • 2 small potatoes sliced and bake for 3 to 4 minutes
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • Thinly sliced tomato
  • salt
  • butter 1 tbsp
  • 1 tbs olive oil

How to make Macaroni Cheese

  1. Method Boil water add macaroni add salt cook until tender strain keep aside .
  2. heat the pan add butter when butter starts melting add chopped garlic. stir. add chopped onion stir now add baked potato mix well. add this to pasta keep aside in the same pan add butter. Melt butter in the same pan over medium heat.
  3. Add flour. Cook stirring for 1 minute or until mixture is bubbling.
  4. Gradually stir in milk until smooth.
  5. Cook stirring constantly for 8 to 10 minutes or until mixture boils and thickens. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese and parsley.now add this to pasta mixture toss well with salt and pepper. adjust salt according to your taste
  6. Preheat the Philips air fryer for 180 degree for 5 minutes. transfer the pasta mixture into baking dish top with tomato and sprinkle breadcrumbs and cheese. Drizzle with oil and bake for 3 to 4 minutes or until done.
  7. Yummy cheese macaroni is ready. happy cooking !
