Ingredients to make Easy Matar Paneer

  • 100 gms paneer cubes
  • 100 gms fresh peas or frozen
  • To grind
  • 1 small onion cut
  • 1 tomatoe medium
  • 4 kaju
  • 1 green chille
  • 1/ 2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp corainder powder
  • 1/4 tsp jeera powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp kasuri methi
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil

How to make Easy Matar Paneer

  1. Saute or micro wave onion and tomatoes
  2. Grind together coarsely
  3. Take cooker, add oil, add peas, paneer and fresh methi leaves
  4. Add the ground paste add salt
  5. Adjust water
  6. Just steam for one whistle
  7. Serve with phulka, naan or poori.

My Tip:

Fresh methi leaves are optional
