Ingredients to make Oats Rice Kheer

  • rice -1/2 cup (cooked and mashed)
  • Oats - 1/2 cup
  • Milk -2 glass
  • sugar - 4 -5 spoons
  • cardamom powder- 2spoon
  • Grated badam and pista-1/4 cup

How to make Oats Rice Kheer

  1. Cook boil/raw rice separately and mash well
  2. Pour milk in a flat vessel add oats and cook.
  3. once it is done add mashed rice and mix well.
  4. since we are adding oats kheer will become thick after few hours So add more milk
  5. Add cardamom powder and stir.
  6. Garnish with grated Badam and pista
  7. You can add milk maid as well.
  8. Add saffron on top . Suitable dish for all festival occasions.
