ABOUT Baked Yoghurt Pudding with Rose Syrup RECIPE

Baked Yoghurt Pudding with Rose Syrup, garnis with Pineapple & Cherry (second version with Strawberry & Black berries) Very Simple and easy to make and Healthy & tasty too!!

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 500 gms - Whipped Cream
  2. 500 gms - yoghurt
  3. 1 tin - condensed milk
  4. 5-6 tables spoons - Rose Syrup
  5. Fruits to garnish - Pineapples/ berries/strawberry/ cherry..

Instructions

  1. The yogurt needs to be hung for at least 3-4 hours. Just place the yogurt in a thin muslin cloth and place aside allowing all the excess water to flow out.
  2. In a baking dish, first whip the cream until stiff.
  3. Add in the hung curd and mix well.
  4. Lastly add the condensed milk and mix well
  5. Now preheat the oven to 250 degrees for 5 minutes and then reduce the heat to about 150 and place the baking dish (with the above mixture) in a baking tray. Pour 1 cup water into the tray prior to baking. Bake for about 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and let it cool, once it drops to room temperature, you can place the dish in a refrigerator and let it set well for about 5 to 6 hours. Best is to leave it overnight.
  7. You can now garnish/decorate with fruits of your choice and drizzle with the rose Syrup and serve chilled.
  8. In the picture, I have illustrated 2 versions: one with Pineapple and Cherry and the other with Strawberries and Black Berries. You can follow your heart and try with any other fruits.
