Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Atta - 2 cups + more as needed
  2. Milk - 3/4 cup
  3. Sour Curd - 1/4 cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Sugar - 2 tbsp
  6. Baking powder - 1 tsp
  7. Oil -1 tbsp + 1 tsp + for deep frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take milk, curd, salt, sugar, baking powder and 1 tbsp oil. Mix well so that the sugar dissolves
  2. Take flour in a bowl and knead it with milk curd mixture for 5 mins.
  3. Add a tsp of oil over it and knead it again 1 min. Cover it with a plate/bowl and let it rest for 30 min (do not keep it in fridge.keep it in a warm place)
  4. Take a small ball from dough and roll into a thick roti. Deep fry it in hot oil.
  5. Drain and serve with paneer or chole
