ABOUT Bhajji Milagai & Baby Potato Fry RECIPE

Bhajji Milagai (Bhajji Mirchi) and Boiled Baby Potato are combined and shallow fried in oil along with garlic, besan powder and curry leaves.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bajji Milagai - 5
  2. Small Potatoes – 250 gms
  3. Turmeric Powder – 1 teaspoon
  4. Garlic cloves – 4
  5. Besan powder - 2 teaspoon
  6. Curry leaves - few
  7. Oil - 1.5 tablespoon
  8. Salt - to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop the garlic clove into small pieces. Cut the bhaji milagai in to big chunks.
  2. Pressure cook small potatoes for just 2 whistles. Once the pressure is released take out and peel the skin.
  3. Take a non stick pan and add oil.
  4. Once the oil is hot, add garlic and let it fry for 2 minutes. The garlic flavor must infuse into the oil.
  5. Add bhajji milagai and let it fry for just 1 minute.
  6. Add small potatoes, salt, turmeric, besan powder and curry leaves.
  7. Mix them well.
  8. Cook in low flame gas until they turn crispy.
