Masala Uthappam with Green Chutney

Ingredients to make Masala Uthappam with Green Chutney

  • Rice flour 1-1/2 cup
  • Suji 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • baking powder 1 tsp
  • warm water according to need
  • Finely chopped onions 2
  • finely chopped tomatoes 2
  • chopped green chillies 2-3
  • chopped green coriander leaves,
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 tsp

How to make Masala Uthappam with Green Chutney

  1. Mix all 3 flours and baking powder strain it well, mix water to make a batter of thick consistency. Add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies and green coriander leaves.
  2. Mix it well . Now put non-stick pan or tawa on high flame. Drizzle oil and pour batter as per your desire to make round uthappam. Spread it evenly with a round spoon. Now cook well on both sides
  3. Serve hot with green chutney

My Tip:

I added rice flour, suji and wheat flour but you can add maida also and served with sambar as well.
