Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Boiled Bengal gram 1 cup
  2. Oil 1 spoonful
  3. Green chilli
  4. Garlic 10
  5. Cumin powder 1 spoon
  6. Garam Masala 1/2 spoon
  7. turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Chopped coriander 2 spoon
  10. Paneer 1/2 cup
  11. Onion finely chopped 1

Instructions

  1. In a mixi take garlic green chilli paneer boiled Bengal gram and ground to a smooth paste
  2. If needed sprinkle little water
  3. Take it in a bowl
  4. To the paste add salt turmeric powder cumin powder garam Masala Onion and corriander
  5. Mix all the ingredients well
  6. Now shape like a patty
  7. Place and Fry it in a dosa tawa
  8. Add a spoon ful of oil around it
  9. Cook on both the sides.
  10. Shallow fry it till golden brown
