ABOUT Stir Fry Pepper Mushroom RECIPE

Hot and spicy pepper mushroom is a perfect recipe for winter.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 200g button mushroom
  2. Capsicum 1 small
  3. Ginger paste 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Onion 1 Medium Size
  6. Curry leaves 1 spring
  7. Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
  8. salt as per taste
  9. Oil 2 tablespoon
  10. To be roasted and ground
  11. 1 tablespoon pepper
  12. 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
  13. 1/2 teaspoon fennel

Instructions

  1. To hot oil add mustard seeds, onion and curry leaves. Saute till onion turns lightly pink.
  2. Add ginger and garlic , half of the ground spice mix. Cook for a minute
  3. Add the mushroom, salt and stir fry on a high flame for 2 minutes
  4. Add the remaining spice, capsicum and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with rice, roti or have it as it is!
