Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Macroni 200gms
  2. water 600ml
  3. Refined oil 5 Tbsp
  4. onion 1 big(chopped)
  5. capsicum 1 medium sized (chopped)
  6. Grated mozzarella cheese 1/2cup
  7. Schezwan chutney 40gms
  8. salt as per taste
  9. Maggie masala 12gms
  10. Sugar1/2 tbsp
  11. Soy sauce 2tbsp
  12. Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
  13. Pinch of garam masala


  1. Boil water. Add a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp of oil and macaroni to the boiling water. Boil the macaroni for 5 minutes. Drain out the hot water and pour cold water in macaroni. Refrigerate it for 10 minutes
  2. Heat oil in the pan, add vegetables and saute it for 3 minutes
  3. Now add macaroni to the sauteed vegetables.
  4. Now add Schezwan chutney and soy sauce to the macaroni.
  5. Now add salt,sugar, pepper, maggie masala and garam masala to it. Cook it for 5 minutes, aad mozzarella cheese and cook it for 2 minutes
  6. Serve hot with ketchup.
