Ingredients to make Biscuit Cutlet

  • 12 Monaco biscuits
  • One boiled potato
  • One tbsp chopped onion
  • One chopped green chilli
  • coriander leaves
  • salt
  • One tbsp maida, salt and water for making a paste
  • Bread crumbs
  • oil for fring
  • pepper
  • Chaat masaala

How to make Biscuit Cutlet

  1. Mash potatoes add all ingredients.
  2. Make a paste. Now put filling on biscuit and sandwich with the other biscuit.
  3. Now dip in paste, roll in bread crumbs. Keep them in the freezer for five minutes then fry them. Serve with green chutney, sauce and nachos
