Ingredients to make Pasta Italiano

  • Pasta boiled and kept aside - 1 cup
  • tomatoes 2 large - Blanced and pureed
  • Mozerella cheese - 1/4 cup
  • salt to taste
  • white pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • tomato sauce 1 tbsp
  • olive oil - 2 tsp
  • garlic 1 pod -- Finely chopped
  • Chopped onion - 1 medium
  • cream - 1 tbsp

How to make Pasta Italiano

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add garlic.
  2. Add chopped onions and saute
  3. Add puree and saute
  4. Add tomato sauce
  5. Add salt and pepper
  6. Add boiled pasta
  7. then add cream
  8. Stir and add grated cheese.
  9. Pasta is ready to serve. Garnish with a little more cream
