Alfredo is a sauce with cheese and cream.This is served with pasta to make . Kids love this pasta the most.

Ingredients Serving: 4

Elbow macaroni 2 cup boiled
All purpose flour 1 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
MIlk 2 cup
cheese 4 tbsp grated
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
carrot 1 cup finely chopped and blanched
Onion 1 medium finely chopped
beans 1/2 cup finely chopped and blanched
black pepper powder 1 tsp

Instructions

Heat the butter in pan, add flour saute it for 1 min.
Then add onion roast it till the raw smell goes.
Now pour milk and stir it continuously take care that no lumps form
Bring to a boil
now add carrot,beans,cheese,black pepper powder,sugar and salt.
mix well and keep aside.
whenever you want to serve pasta just reheat the sauce and toss with elbow macaroni.
serve
