Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken legs - 4 no's
  2. Ginger & garlic paste -2 spoons
  3. Chilli powder -2 spoons
  4. Salt as required
  5. Turmeric powder -1 spoon
  6. Curd - 1/2 cup
  7. Gram flour / Besan - 2 spoons
  8. Rice flour -1 spoon
  9. Lemon juice- 1 spoon
  10. Red colour if required
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken with turmeric powder, Ginger & garlic paste, salt and chilli powder
  2. Once it is done add curd, gram flour and rice flour
  3. Mix it well till flour and curd coats the chicken.
  4. Add red colour if required and mix well again.
  5. Keep it in freezer for half an hour to one hour.
  6. Heat oil in a pan. Fry chicken legs till they turn dark red
  7. Squeeze lemon Juice on top .
  8. This goes well with salads , pulav and Briyani
