healthy cutlets with lots of veggies and shallow fried

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. boiled and mashed potatoes 2 cups
  2. shredded cabbage 1/2 cup
  3. boiled green peas 1/2 cup
  4. red yellow and green bell pepper chopped 1/2cup
  5. carrot shredded 1/2 cup
  6. Salt to taste
  7. aamchur powder 1/2 tsp
  8. green chili and ginger paste 1tsp
  9. chopped corriander leaves 2tbsp
  10. bread crumbs 1cup

Instructions

  1. mix all the ingredients
  2. make small balls
  3. flat them little with your palm
  4. roll it with bread crumbs
  5. shallow fry on non stick tawa
