ABOUT Rice Nuggets RECIPE

Yummiest use of leftover rice and boiled potatoes.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Precooked left over rice. 1 bowl
  2. Onion - 1 finely chopped.
  3. Garlic - 6 cloves
  4. Cilantro - one spoon chopped
  5. Chilly flakes -as per taste
  6. Boiled potato - 2 (mashed)
  7. Salt - as per taste
  8. Sweetcorn - boiled and mashed
  9. Cornflour- little to roll
  10. Oil - 1 spoon.

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add mashed rice, mashed potato, mashed corn, cilantro, salt, chilly flakes and mix into a dough.
  2. Add a little oil in a pan and salute onion and garlic
  3. Add the sauteed onion garlic into the dough and mix well.
  4. Sprinkle cornflour.
  5. Then deep fry. Serve hot with spicy ketchup.
  6. Roll into small nuggets.
