ABOUT Paneer Ravioli RECIPE

It is a mouthwatering recipe. Easy to cook, gorgeous looking, as well as tasty also.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. I cup maida
  2. 1 tsp oil and water
  3. Grated paneer 1tbsp
  4. 1tbsp onion
  5. Green chilli
  6. coriander leaves
  7. Salt and pepper
  8. For sauce-
  9. 2 blanched tomatoes
  10. 2 cloves garlic minced
  11. Salt and pepper
  12. 1tbsp cream


  1. Take maida oil and salt mix them and make a dough. Keep it for 15min.
  2. Filling- Mix paneer with chopped onion, chilli , salt and pepper.
  3. To ake sauce- Take 1tsp butter and saute garlic then add tomato puree, cook it then add salt and pepper, lastly add cream, then strain the sauce.
  4. Now to make ravioli- roll the dough and cut in roundels with a cutter. Make eight pieces. put the filling in three rounds and cover with other piece sealing the edges with water and make marks with a fork on edges.
  5. Then boil water in a pan. Add 1 tsp oil in water .when water starts boiling, put ravioli in it and cook it for five minutes. strain it.
  6. Pour sauce on a serving plate and add ravioli in it, garnish with coriander leaves
  7. Serve.
