I cup maida
1 tsp oil and water
Grated paneer 1tbsp
1tbsp onion
Green chilli
coriander leaves

For sauce-
2 blanched tomatoes
2 cloves garlic minced
Salt and pepper
1tbsp cream
Instructions
Take maida oil and salt mix them and make a dough. Keep it for 15min.
Filling- Mix paneer with chopped onion, chilli , salt and pepper.
To ake sauce- Take 1tsp butter and saute garlic then add tomato puree, cook it then add salt and pepper, lastly add cream, then strain the sauce.
Now to make ravioli- roll the dough and cut in roundels with a cutter. Make eight pieces. put the filling in three rounds and cover with other piece sealing the edges with water and make marks with a fork on edges.
Then boil water in a pan. Add 1 tsp oil in water .when water starts boiling, put ravioli in it and cook it for five minutes. strain it.
Pour sauce on a serving plate and add ravioli in it, garnish with coriander leaves
