ABOUT The Vegetarian Shammi Kebab RECIPE

The Vegetarian Shammi Kebab Recipe is also popularly known as the Chane Ke Kebab. It is a very simple recipe to make and it is wholesome too.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl boiled whole black chickpea
  2. 2 bread slices
  3. 1 small finely chopped onion
  4. 1 inch ginger piece (finely chopped)
  5. 4 garlic cloves
  6. 1/4 spoon garam massala
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Coriander leaves
  9. Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Grind whole black chickpea and bread slices in the mixer.
  2. Now take a bowl and add all the above ingredients except oil. Mix it well. Now give the shape of kebab. Take a pan and heat some oil. Shallow fry the kabab and it is ready to eat.
