Tasty and crispy...bread dipped in dosa batter and cooked on tawa.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Bread as needed
  2. Atta : 1 cup
  3. Rice flour : 1 cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Red chilli powder to taste
  6. Mustard seeds : 1/2 tsp
  7. Black pepper powder to taste
  8. Cumin seeds : 1/2 tsp
  9. Coriander leaves handfull
  10. Onion : 1 chopped
  11. Green chilli : 1 crushed
  12. Water as needed to make batter

Instructions

  1. Mix everything, except the bread, into a thin batter.
  2. The batter should not be thick. It should be thin, but not too thin.
  3. Cut bread into half, dip it in the batter and place it on tawa.
  4. Now heat tawa. Drizzle some oil and cook it untill the bottom turns little crispy and golden brown.
  5. Flip it and cook on the other side till crispy and brown.
  6. Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
