ABOUT SPICY CHICKEN STIR FRY RECIPE

My mother is a culinary enthusiast. Whenever she finds time ,she rushes to the kitchen and cooks magical dish for us. Spicy Chicken Stir Fry is one of those recipes which is made pretty often.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boneless chicken 250 grams
  2. Freshly crushed pepper powder 1 tablespoon
  3. Cornflour 1tablespoon
  4. Red and yellow bell peppers 1+1 (cut into thin strips)
  5. Capsicum 1 (cut into thin strips)
  6. Onion 1 big ( cut into slices)
  7. Garlic 4 cloves(chopped)
  8. Ginger 1/2 inch (finely chopped)
  9. Spring onion 1/2 cup (chopped)
  10. White sesame seeds 1 tablespoon (dry roast)
  11. Oyster sauce 3 tablespoon
  12. Soya sauce 1 tablespoon
  13. Refined oil 2 + 3 tablespoon
  14. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken pieces with salt and pepper powder and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  2. In a cup add 2 table spoons of water and mix soya sauce, cornflour and oyster sauce together and keep aside.
  3. Heat 2 table spoons of oil in a wok.
  4. Add chicken pieces and fry for few minutes .
  5. Take them out.
  6. Add 3 table spoons of oil in a wok.
  7. Add chopped garlic and onion slices.
  8. Stir for 3 minutes.
  9. Add bell peppers and capsicum.
  10. Add salt.
  11. Now add chicken pieces.
  12. Stir it nicely for 5 minutes.
  13. Lastly add sauce mixture and give a mix.
  14. Cook for couple of minutes.
  15. Garnish with chopped spring onions and sesame.
