Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rajma 250 gm
  2. Potato 1
  3. Onion 1
  4. Bread slices 3
  5. Green chilli 2
  6. Ginger 1
  7. Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  9. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  12. Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  13. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  14. Flour 2 tbsp
  15. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Soak rajma overnight. Then boil it for 2-3 min. Mash it after boiling. Add bread crumbs.
  2. Boil potato and mash it too. Mix onion, green chilli, coriander leaves.
  3. Add all the ingredients (chilli powder, chaat masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt).
  4. Shape into small circles. Shallow fry the tikkis and serve hot with chutney.
